Perfect Iced Coffee

As any connoisseur will tell you – it’s not the coffee, it’s the ice that makes a great cup of iced coffee.  Many people will start their iced brew with a great coffee blend, and then just add a few ice cubes.  This is OK, but eventually dilutes the coffee down to a tepid, watery state as soon as the cubes melt.

The key is making the ice cubes out of coffee, too…

It’s easy to do at home – here are some photos of the process…which culminated in the perfect cup of iced coffee.  Oh yeah…and Go Bills!
